To become a leader in the manufacturing of Test fixture, ReMaTek started back in 1994 the development of a design software geared specifically for fixturing. The result is called DrillCAD. This highly specialized software is perfectly adapted to fixture design and allows generation of manufacturing document in hours rather then in days.
The main advantage of DrillCADis that we can add new options and new
features to it to keep it up to date with our customer's requirement.This is a short list of some of the latest addition to DrillCAD :
Has for functional fixture, ReMaTek has recently acquired Solid Works a 3D CAD software. This software allows the design of virtual fixture with simulation of all the moving parts. In addition, we can create an executable file (*.exe) that we can send by e-mail to our customer for their review. They can ask for modifications or additions while it is still in the computer rather then do it on the actual fixture, saving time, money and avoiding misunderstanding.
