But it still has the essentials: ESD top plate, vacuum chamber, sealing lid and guided top plate. On the other hand the use of Testjet, mux card, dual vacuum chamber are not allowed. The number of probe is limited to approximately 1,000. Finally, no top side probing or UltraTop (routed top plate) are permitted. The life of the fixture is limited and it is intended to be used for product development or limited life product. When necessary, an alpha fixture can be modified to add or remove test points to upgrade your product to a higher version. The warranty is limited to 30 days.
